The P6/7 enjoyed their first session of the 'Shaken' Programme. The Shaken Programme is an excellent programme introducing our children and young people to three really important things that will help each one of us cope and live well in our good and bad days. TALKING..LISTENING..SPOTTING
Overall, it targets positive mental health and emotional resilience.
